Firefighter Sebahattin Can killed Melike Can in Esenyurt, Istanbul.
Firefighter Sebahattin Can (36) living on a site in the Orhangazi District started arguing with his wife Melike Can (28), allegedly because of jealousy. During the discussion, Sebahattin Can killed his wife.
After Sebahattin Can called his mother and explained the situation, he went out and shouted “I killed my wife, call the police”. The health and police teams, who were dispatched upon the notice of the people around, determined that Melike Can died. The firefighter, who was taken into custody, was sent to the courthouse this morning.
