AFAD stated that heavy rainfalls are expected in İstanbul, Çanakkale, Balıkesir, Bursa, Yalova, Kocaeli and Sakarya provinces, starting from this morning.
Taking the data of General Directorate of Meteorology into consideration, AFAD also warned about the risks of floods and lightnings, and advised necessary precautions via Twitter.
